INGREDIENTS
Spinach, Parmesan Cheese, onions, red bell pepper, green pepper, Mushrooms, salt, pepper, herbs, assorte spices. Dough: Wheat Flour, Water, Butter, Salt.

CONSERVATION
Keep it frozen 0ºF - 18ºC. Do not Re Freeze. Once thawed, keep it in the fridge for 2 days top before cooking. Do not consume if the cold chain is broken. Best if used by 3 month (check manufactured date in the package).
DIRECTIONS
1) Bake them frozen.
2) Set the oven at 450ºF
3) Spread butter or margarine in the pan before putting the empanadas
4) Brush them with beaten eggs
3) Bake until the dough is golden brown (18-22 min).
