If you are buying a Pre Order Product, it means we are out of stock and it is already on it´s way to the store. As soon as we receive it, we will ship your order. 

We ship all over Continental US. If you are buying any of this products you must select at Checkout the Frozen Shipping service or the Next Day Air service if in your area the temperatures are extremely high.
Terms & Conditons: The Shipping service is provided by a third party ( UPS, USPS, FEDEX. They don guarantee cold chain compliance due to possible delay may occur during their service. When you place the order, you accept this terms & conditions.

Es muy sencillo. Cada vez que veas un producto con un TAG, por ejemplo 2x1, ingresa a la pagina del producto, y en la misma veras el cuadro con el Deal para que lo puedas agregar a tu carrito. Recuerda, los descuentos se veran aplicados solamente en el Check-out, es por eso que en tu carrito no seran visibles durante el proceso de compra.

No, It is not necessary but we highly recommend it if you dont want to lose the best deals in your favorite  Argentinian treats.
As soon as you place the order check your registered email for the ORDER CONFIRMATION. Also when we ship the package you will receive another email with the tracking number. Use it to get updeted in the location of your package. 
It is most likly that all the emails we sent you are on the spam / promotion folder. If you still do not find them please send us an email ventas@santelmomarket.com with your querys.

We accept all credit and debit cards.  Amazon Pay, Google Pay ans Zelle.

We dont collect your payment information.

It is our priority that you get your orders ASAP. We pack and ship within 24 hr. Since we use 3 party companies to delivery our packages, the shipping time may be affected by situations that we can´t control like weather. As always check your e-mail for the tracking number to get updates on the status of your package.

Don´t worry most of the carriers will left the package in your porch/front door. Only if you request the service of signature will only deliver if someone is available to receive it. 

It will depend on the products / units on your cart at check out. Some products are available for FREE SHIPPING in orders +$50. 

Only if you call / send an email within  2 hours after you place the order. If we have already ship the package we can`t offer the refund.
