Where are you located?

We are located in Golden Downtown at 813 14Th St, Suite B, Golden CO, USA. Our depot in Buenos Aires handles global shipping. The store is open Thursday to SUNDAY 10:00 to 5:00 pm.

When do I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 48 to 72 hours. Shipping times vary by region:

What does it mean PRE ORDER?

If you are buying a Pre Order Product, it means we are out of stock and it is already on its way to the store. As soon as we receive it, we will ship your order.

Do you ship Refrigerated Products?

At this moment we only ship Empanadas and Pascualinas Shells and Cheeses. We ship all over US and CANADA. If you are buying any of these products you must select at checkout the Frozen Shipping service or the Next Day Air service if in your area the temperatures are extremely high.

Terms & Conditions: The shipping service is provided by a third party (UPS, USPS, FedEx). They do not guarantee cold chain compliance due to possible delays. When you place the order, you accept these terms & conditions.

What if I am not available to receive my order?

Don't worry most of the carriers will leave the package on your porch/front door. Only if you request the service of signature will they only deliver if someone is available to receive it.
