Shipping Information

We dispatch online orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to help protect the cold chain.

Orders placed by Sunday at 1:00 p.m. may be eligible for dispatch on Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed after this cutoff may ship the following week. Please note that all shipments are subject to stock availability.

Where are you located?

We are located in Golden Downtown at 813 14Th St, Suite B, Golden CO, USA. Orders are dispatched every Monday and Tuesday.

When do I receive my order?

Orders ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays. Transit times are fast and reliable:

Colorado: 1 business day
Rest of USA: Up to 4 business days
Meat and refrigerated products: Delivered in 1 to 2 business days (USA only)

Do you deliver?

What if I am not available to receive my order?

No worries! Most carriers will leave your package at your door. If you request a signature, someone must be present to receive it.
